Brian C. Hoeing is an associate at Howard Kohn Sprague & FitzGerald where he practices in general litigation. Before joining the firm, Mr. Hoeing served as a legal research law clerk of the Connecticut Superior Court.
Mr. Hoeing is a graduate of the Ave Maria School of Law, where he served as President of the Moot Court Board and Chairman of the Honor Board. He also served the United States Department of Justice as a summer law clerk in the United States Attorney's Offices for both the District of Columbia and the Western District of North Carolina. At graduation, Mr. Hoeing was honored as the recipient of the ABA American Law Institute Scholarship and Leadership Award and the John Paul II Leadership Award. He was the student commencement speaker.
Mr. Hoeing holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from Providence College. Before attending law school, he was employed by Capital One Financial Corporation.
Mr. Hoeing is a member of the Connecticut Bar and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut, Federal Bar. He is also a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Hartford Bar Association and the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association. He lives in Meriden, Connecticut, with his wife and five children. |
